**Eng. Tarek El Molla Highlights Outstanding Achievements of Egypt’s Petroleum, Gas, and Mining Sector Over 8 Years**
Eng. Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, emphasized that the **performance development within the petroleum sector** and the **comprehensive reforms** implemented by the Egyptian state under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi have enabled the sector to **face unprecedented global challenges**. These include the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and, more recently, the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, which are being managed according to scenarios that would not have been possible without the timely reform, modernization, and development that successfully addressed previous crises in Egypt.
