Human resources Department is in charge of   attracting ,selecting the best candidates in the right time and the right  place  through   arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and on-boarding new employees, and  making sure all paperwork involved with hiring someone is filled out.

HR department develops performance management systems, also has to supervise the productivity and performance through ensuring that employees stay productive engaged,  and detecting opportunities for improvement and activate plans to implement.

• PROVIDE EMPLOYEES WITH CAREER ASSISTANCE

Human resources Department is in charge of conducting needs assessments for the company’s current workforce to determine the type of skills training and employee development necessary for improving skills and qualifications.

• POLICES UPDATE

 HR Department is in charge of making  official updates to policies and to suggest changes to policies  and regulations when they no longer serve the company or the employees, Shaping organizational culture, managing staff member satisfaction and weighing the success of change initiatives 

• SUPPORT SAFETY , HEALTH AND WELLNESS WORK ENVIRONMENT

HR Department contributes to build a work environment where employees feel safe , satisfied and motivated . Also responsible of making sure all the employees are aware of the company values and maintaining them as well , and protects the interest, image and success of the company in every way possible by complying with various laws, executing administrative processes, and creating policies in the most cost-efficient manner
